Nowadays, urban crime is still dominated by non conventional crime, such as theft, vehicles theft, murder, and also assault.Whereas, the increase of non conventional crime in urban area is money laundering, cyber crime, banking crime, environmental crime as a white collar crime. A very serious urban crime can make someone afraid of law, indirectly can influence the growth of national economy, life quality of man kinds, and violation against human rights.
