MH. | | . | Abstract | | | | The case of Indonesian workers who work abroad (TKI) has been a serious case that needs more attention and promptly comprehensive handling from both the government and society, mainly Indonesian Workers Service Agent (PJTKI). From the side of law, the case of Indonesian workers mainly law proection has already been regulated by national law and international law.Violation of law against Indonesian workers who work abroad often happen because the effort of law protection through law instruments has not been optimal. To prevent and protect Indonesian workers from violation of law, the government of the Republic of indonesia should make serious efforts through State institutes both in Indonesia and foreign countries. Law protection toIndonesian workers is a responsibility of the government of Republic of Indonesia and also a responsibility of the host State which has been regulated by international law.
