There is a kind of  dispute settlement mechanism in Islamic Law, for instance arbitration, and the existasnce of this National Syari’ah Arbitration Board (BASYARNAS) has already shown that Islamic Law is able to give more contribution to dispute settlement in the field of syari’ah. Thus, this National Syari’ah Arbitration Board has a better prospect in the future because of the advancement of islamic business in Indonesia.
