Sarjana Hukum (S1) dari Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Bandung tahun 1984. Magister Ilmu Hukum (S2) dari Program Pascasarjana UNPAD tahun 1989.   Abstraksi     Human beings naturally are obligated to perform some different activities according to their professions. Nevertheless, among those professions they relate to each other, and some of them have double functions. This case adheres to human beings.
