Sarjana Hukum (S1) dari Fakultas Hukum Universitas Gajah Mada (UGM) tahun 1987.   Abstraksi     Credit stoppage is a kind of chronic illness disturbing and threatening banking system in Indonesia. Therefore, there should be an effort to settle this problem. Handling this credit stoppage should be preventive and repressive. There are some ways to settle this credit stoppage, namely; through credit administration, aspect of law, and arbitration. Banking credit stoppage settlement is not only handled partially, but also handled in the basis of system. To make a certainty of law to protect creditor and debtor parties, Act of Credit should be made because Act of Banking is not accommodative enough to regulate this problem of credit stoppage.   Download Attachment
