Sarjana Linguistik (S1) dari Fakultas Sastra UNPAD tahun 1990.   Abstraksi     Language of law is one of Indonesia language varieties that has a high logical way of thinking as it is a product of thinking expressed into a written language. Its product is hoped to be able to make society obey the law. As a regulation, language of law can be identified dependant upon law enforcement necessity to achieve the certainty of law. One of law thinking products is hypothesis. In general, people recognize hypothesis as a temporary reply, but in law, hypothesis has another meaning, namely a presumption of innocence element. Hypothesis can also be a temporary reply in the law process in the courtroom before verdict.   Download Attachment
