But, development without a plan is much more expensive. Urban development and rural development should be appropriate with urban space panning. Therefore, urban space planning is supposed to be well arranged in order to make it optimal and continue, and the environmental conservation maintenance will be better. There should be coordination among institutions or departments and society should get involved play important role so that the aspiration can be accommodated in the urban space planning.   Download Attachment
