03. Nikah Siri : Hindari Zina Abaikan Norma Hukum

Nama  : Sri Ahyani Biodata  :   Sri Ahyani, SH. MH. Sp.N. Dosen Tetap Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Bandung (STHB). Lektor kepala dalam mata kuliah Hukum Keluarga dan Waris dan Hukum Perikatan. Sarjana Hukum (S1) dari STHB tahun 1983, Spesialisasi Kenotariatan (Sp.1) dari UNPAD tahun 1999, Magister Hukum (S2) dari pascasarjana UNPAR tahun 2001.   Abstraksi     “Siri” marriage ia a marriage that only follows religious procedures. It mean, the wedding done secretly, it does’t reported to KUA (Islamic Authority’s Office) or even Civil Registration Office. Usually, it done if the couple and their family not ready to legalize it or make a wedding party, but in other side they’re have to do prevent any fornicator behavior. Althrough for woman it’s consider as damaging action, both from legal and social aspect view. Not legally, according to state’s law, siri merriage also has negative effect to the children status. They will be considered as non legal child. The consequence of it, they will only have civil relation with their mother and her family. Their status as child whom born outside marriage relation and don’t have their father name on the record will effect deeply, socially and physiologic.   Download Attachment
