Doktor Ilmu Hukum (S3) dari Program Pascasarjana UNPAD tahun 1997.   Abstraksi     General agreement on Tariff and Trade had been the “Rule of the Road” of international trade relations until it was replaced by the WTO Agreement after the Uruguay Round. The GATT rules are strengthened by the WTO Agreements and its scope broadened to include international regulation on trade in services and Intellectual Property Rights related to trade.   Download Attachment
