08. Sebuah Tinjauan Atas Perjanjian Tentang Penafsiran Dan Pasal-pasal VI, XVI, Dan XXIII GATT Dihubungkan Dengan Ketentuan Hukum Tentang Penafsiran Menurut Konvensi Wina 1969

Sarjana Hukum (S1) dari STHB tahun 1981. Magister Ilmu Hukum (S2) dari Program Pascasarjana UNPAD tahun 1989. Doktor Ilmu Hukum (S3) dari Program Pascasarjana UNPAD tahun 1997.   Abstraksi     Interpretation of Articles VI, XVI and XXIII of GATT as embodied in the Agreement on Interpretation and Application of Articles VI,XVI and XXIII of GATT has been conducted in conformity to Vienna Conmvention on the Law of Treaties. Out of three schools of thought known in international law literature for treaty interpretation the present writer has chosen only one ,namely the textual school, and it seems that Article 31:1 of Vieanna Convention on the Law of Treaties also adopts this school of thought. As Article 31:1 is sufficient to clarify the above mentioned provisions of GATT no other means of interpretation are required in this writing.   Download Attachment
