05. Nuansa Politik Pada Bahasa Hukum

Sarjana Linguistik (S1) dari Fakultas Sastra UNPAD tahun 1990.   Abstraksi     Some certain amounts of recent legal problems have already shown how distant the role of law from the hope of societies is. Our societies still assume that law practice is still very discriminative so there comes a public opinion in the societies that the politic is the top leader. One of reasons why is that we can see from the use of language of law. In fact, language of law is full and loaded with political nuance. Here, the meaning of language is tied up with a certain political importance from the authorities and they give it to societies to use it. The interaction between law and authority is not as simple as that. From time to time, the implementation and the use of authority can exceed and pass over the law. Nevertheless, the authority should not always mock the language of law and eventually it can scrape its law authority.   Download Attachment
