Magister Ilmu Hukum (S2) dari Program Pascasarjana UNPAD tahun 1989.   Abstraksi     The election of Head of Regional Government refers to the provision of Act No. 32 year 2004 and Government Regulation No. 6 year 2005. The performance of election of Head of Regional Government is based on the principle of direct, general, free, confidential, fair and just. And, this is a reflection of the principle of People Sovereignty. In the Act No. 32 year 2004 and Government Regulation No. 6 year 2005; the candidates who are not satisfied with the result of the election, they may ask for legal effort as regulated in the provision of article 106 Act No. 32 year 2004, article 94 Government Regulation No. 6 year 2005, and also article 2 PERMA No. 2 year 2005. And, this is a final decision. Nevertheless, there should be a judicial review in the reality. This judicial review can make a controversy. But, it is just a legal effort referred to the provision of article 16 paragraph 1, Act No. 4 year 2004.   Download Attachment
