Sarjana Hukum (S1) dari Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Bandung tahun 1986.   Abstraksi     Land affair is such a latent matter happening in our country. It had already happened long time before this country existed. Based on the periods it has different disputes. Handling this complicated law phenomenon including land law, it reflects a land reform agenda in the system context, mission, vision, strategy, and it is socialized properly with clear, obvious program and consistency with the whole law system. The socialization is very weak because of different and collided ideas and the Government puts this law field aside as a main priority in achieving clean and stable Government.   Download Attachment
